AF DCGS Program Overview

Program Summary:

The Air Force Distributed Common Ground System program, led by UTS, delivers secure infrastructure and modular site fit-outs worldwide. Working with NAWCAD SCMS, our team provides design, installation, and activation services that keep ISR operations mission-ready. From SCIF renovations to network and A/V integration, this secure ISR facility program ensures compliance with the Air Force C4I Master Plan.

Program Scope:

UTS executes full-service Communications and A/V Systems Fit-Outs across AF DCGS sites as part of NAWCAD SCMS-led modernization. Work includes:

Design and installation of TIA-942-compliant IP network switches

Workstation and virtual compute device deployment

Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and IP-based comms (phones, printers, etc.)

Structured cabling and inside Plant engineering

Site-wide A/V system integration and signal routing

Office/operations space outfitting with demountable walls and furniture

Deployment of Construction Surveillance Managers and Technicians for SCIF renovation oversight
